About Table.jpg

The Table

The original Table that started a movement.

It began as a simple idea: to think out loud in the company of people who understood.

We were a small group of founders who met monthly. No titles and no egos.

Just honest conversation, shared challenges, and holding each other to account.

We called that first Table 'CANI' (Constant And Never-ending Improvement), and quietly it outperformed most of the glamorous programmes and masterminds charging a fortune.

It became the anchor point for better thinking, better action, and stronger businesses.

It lasted four years and by the end, half the members were in business with each other.

Year after year, every one of us levelled up.

What we had built wasn’t just trust; it was traction.

That’s what we’re recreating at TableNetwork. Not just networking. Not overpriced coaching.

A structured, strategic, peer-powered support system that gives founders consistent input,

shared momentum, and the kind of accountability you don’t get on your own.

We didn’t plan a movement. We just created the kind of environment we had always wanted:

high-trust, high-calibre, no false showmanship. And it worked in spades.

We exist because of that original Table. We carry forward its spirit with every new one we build.

About Justin.jpg

“The CANI Table experience was transformational not just for my business but for me personally. The power of my fellow industry peers, coming together and using everyone’s collective experience to help solve each other's challenges was massively beneficial to my business, and the quality of the journey."

Tables

The Founders

From wild ideas to a support structure. One conversation. A community began.

It started, like many great ventures, not in a boardroom but under the open sky.

It was 2022. Camping on the shore of a loch in the Scottish Highlands, they sampled some of the local fare. Father and son spoke not just as family but as entrepreneurs from different eras. One forged in bricks, the other in code. They talked about business, purpose, and what was missing: where should we go when we need honest answers, intelligent peers, and momentum that doesn’t burn us out?

Ed was between ventures, navigating a change of course after three decades in property, including leading a social enterprise housing victims of domestic violence.

Felix was unimpressed by his overpriced university education. Deep into AI engineering, he'd already built real systems for real businesses and knew the near future still belonged to real founders.

That night sky became a whiteboard. And that conversation became TableNetwork. A place where experience meets innovation. Where trust grows faster than followers. Where founders don’t just survive. They evolve together.

About Ed&Felix Testimonial.jpg

“We didn’t build TableNetwork to teach business. We built it because every time we needed help, it wasn’t there. But it should be. So we made support available to all

And the genius in the whole thing? Every Table provides a home. A share of our profits funds permanent housing for people who’ve been left behind.

We call it inbuilt impact. The more successful we are, the more people we help."

- Felix Fowkes, Co-Founder of TableNetwork

About Mission.jpg

The Mission

100,000 nights a year. Providing housing for homeless people.

We believe business should build more than profit. It should build lives.

At the start of the Covid19 lockdown, the government ended homelessness overnight. Then just as quickly, reversed it. People were put back on the streets in October, with little to no passing trade to ask for help. Ed never forgot how wrong that was.

Our ambition is simple: to fund 100,000 nights of housing a year for those without it. We won't stop at that once we achieve it and every Table helps get us there.

This isn’t just a nice-to-have. It’s baked in. As our members thrive, others rise too.

This is profit with purpose, 'Inbuilt Impact'. Because every Table provides a home, moving us closer to our goal of giving housing, dignity and hope.

Business done well should build more than wealth. It should build legacy.
